These are general website and project expectations. A real client project should use its own written scope, price, payment terms, deliverables, revision limits, and other agreed details.
Website information
The information on this site describes the kinds of services Work by Yael may offer. Examples and concept projects are presented for demonstration and do not guarantee a particular commercial result.
Project scope
Each project should define the pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, revision rounds, timeline expectations, price, and payment schedule before substantial work begins.
Client-provided materials
Clients are responsible for having the right to use logos, photos, copy, trademarks, account credentials, and other materials they provide for a project. Responsibilities for writing or sourcing new content should be stated in the project scope.
Feedback and approvals
Projects may include defined review points. Delayed feedback, major direction changes, or requests beyond the agreed scope can affect timing or require a separate scope adjustment.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, booking systems, analytics, payment tools, fonts, plugins, and other third-party services can have their own pricing, availability, and terms. Project documents should make clear which services are required and who owns or pays for them.
Launch and handoff
Ownership, access, ongoing maintenance, support, and any continuing service should be documented for the specific project. Launch support does not automatically mean unlimited future updates.
No guaranteed business outcome
A well-built website can improve presentation and customer experience, but traffic, leads, revenue, search rankings, and other business outcomes depend on factors beyond the website itself and are not guaranteed unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
